There are heated shared cabins available for almost 100 attendees, ensuring everyone can enjoy the fun and warmth of camaraderie! What if I need a refund?

Don’t sweat it! If you find yourself in need of a refund, just shoot us an email through the contact page. Important Deadline: πŸ“… Must be done prior to February 10, at 12:00 PM Unfortunately, after that, we can't offer refunds. 😒


What gear should I bring?

For Cabin Stayers:

  • Bunk beds with mattresses await you!
  • Don’t forget to pack your own bedding!

For Outdoor Sleepers:

  • Bring all the gear required to brave the cold and elements!

Note to Self:

  • πŸ“ No moving mattresses from cabins or borrowing gear without permission!

Transportation?

  • Plan your ride to and from the camp—carpooling is your friend! πŸš—
  • If you’re flying in from afar, we might help find transportation, but can’t make any guarantees.

How do I pick my cabin?

When you register, let us know in the comments section who your ideal bunkmates are. We’ll do our best to accommodate, but it’s first-come, first-served. Priority:

  • Guardians with kiddos will have a leg up!

Important Notes:

  • Limited power plugs available—reserved for medical needs.
  • If someone’s stuff is on a bed, that bed is taken!

Early Bird Registration: Closes on January 15, at 11:55 PM Mountain Time (MT)

Final Registration: Closes on February 11, at 11:55 PM MT

Can I show up on the day of and register?

Nope! To keep things running smoothly, please register before February 11, at 11:55 PM.


Can I transfer my registration?

Absolutely! You can transfer your spot to someone else up to 2 days before the event. Just let us know via email with your name and the name of the lucky person taking your place!


Electronics and Music?

We highly encourage you to switch your devices to airplane mode and tuck them away during your stay. 🎢 Music Etiquette:

  • Keep music and videos out of the sleeping areas.
  • If you want to jam out, please use the main hall and be considerate of others.

Damaged Camp Property

If you, your kiddo, or someone in your care accidentally causes damage, you might be responsible for the repair costs. Yikes!


Alcohol, Drugs, Smoking

🚫 All alcohol, non-prescription drugs, and smoking/vaping are strictly off-limits.

Breaking this rule means you’ll be shown to the exit of the property.


Weapons:

Knives and axes can join the fun as long as they’re used responsibly! However, firearms and other dangerous weapons are a definite no-go.


Abuse, Harassment, Violence

We’re all about positivity here! Any form of abuse or harassment will lead to immediate ejection from the event.
