Frequently Asked Questions

As we prepare to celebrate 25 years of God’s faithfulness, we hope to serve our church family well and help everyone feel informed, welcomed, and at ease. This page is designed to answer common questions about the anniversary weekend so we can focus together on what matters most—worship, connection, and celebration in unity.

Whether you’re planning to attend one part of the weekend or join us for the entire celebration, we hope these answers help you prepare and participate fully. If you don’t see your question listed here, please reach out—we’d be happy to serve you.

Registration Questions

>> Can I invite friends or family to the anniversary events?

Everyone is invited to celebrate with us during our anniversary weekend. We kindly ask all attendees to register — it ensures we can plan well for the weekend and guarantees you lunch on Saturday.

>> Other form of payment?

If you prefer to pay for your registration via e-transfer, email us at production@cccoc.ca, and we'll guide you through the payment process.

Event Questions

>> Is there childcare at the workshop?

There's no childcare available at the workshop on Friday, Aug. 21.

>> Will the workshop on Friday, August 21, be live-streamed?

Friday morning's workshop will not be recorded or live-streamed at this time.

>> Parking at Stanley Milner Library for the workshop on Friday, August 21?

Parking is available in the underground parkade connected to the Library. Rates are $5/hour or $15/day (6 am - 6 pm). The parkade entrance is currently accessible only from 99 Street. The 100 Street entrance is currently closed.  

>> Places to eat near Stanley Milner Library

Looking to grab a bite to eat between the workshop and fellowship on Friday. Take a 2-5 minute walk to check out City Centre's food court on 10025 102 Ave, or visit local restaurants surrounding the library.
